What is Yoga
Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move into various positions, in order to improve fitness, flexibility, breathing and to relax your mind.
How do I attend?
Yoga classes are on a:
- Monday 6:30pm-7:30pm with Priya Venkatesh.
- Tuesday 9:15am-10:15am with Ricky Stewart.
- Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm with Ricky Stewart.
- Saturday 8:00am-9:00am with Sarah Stuttard.
