What is spinning?
Spinning is a great cardio-vascular exercise that is low impact on the joints. Our spin classes have a range of instructors in our bespoke spinning studio, each instructor offers their own unique style of spin to different music, so you can be sure you’ll find something suited to you.
How do I attend?
Our spinning classes take place on:
- Mondays 6:00PM with Rosie Probert
- Tuesdays 7:00PM with Rosie Probert
- Wednesday 7:00PM with David Mort
- Thursday 6:00PM with Sarah Stuttard
- Friday 6:00PM with Rosie Probert
