Meet the Instructors

Traditionally Pilates is a strict discipline of thirty four movements, in a set sequence. These movements are aimed at improving strength, flexibility and alleviating postural imbalances. 

Our Pilates is a fusion of different styles, incorporating a wider variety of movements, with the added goals of improving muscular function, strength and mindfulness of the human body.

As with all our classes, Pilates is accessible to everyone, from people wanting to improve their posture, recover from injuries and connect more with their body, understanding how it moves and feels, to improve activation.

Pilates classes are on a:

  • Monday 9:15AM-10:15AM with Sarah Stuttart
  • Tuesday 6:30PM-7:30PM with Sarah Stuttard
  • Wednesday 6:30PM-7:30PM with Vicky Boyer
