Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move into various positions, in order to improve fitness, flexibility, breathing and to relax your mind.

Yoga classes are on a:

  • Monday 7:00pm with Priya Venkatesh.
  • Tuesday 9:15am with Ricky Stewart.
  • Thursday 7:00pm with Ricky Stewart.
  • Saturday 8:00am-9:00am with Sarah Stuttard.
