What Is Kettlebells?
Our kettlebell classes are a resistance and cardio class, incorporate a wide range of exercises using kettlebells and mats for equipment.
Primarily led by Paul or Harley, as a circuit style workout, moving around different stations with different set weights and exercises.
These classes are designed to push everyone to get a great workout, regardless of ability, you’ll be able to complete the session and feel great at the end.
How Do I Attend?
Kettlebells takes place on:
- Mondays at 6PM with Harley
- Wednesdays at 9AM with Dan

What Is Barbell?
Barbell is one of our most popular classes, our class involves resistance and cardio exercises with a barbell and a mat.
Our classes go through a full body workout, focused on burning calories, improving strength and fitness.
Primarily led by Paul, Harley or Dan so we have a variety of instructors with different coaching styles.
As with all our classes, the challenge scales to your ability, you determine the weight you use and the pace you work at.

Barbell takes place on:
- Mondays at 9AM with Paul
- Tuesdays at 7:00PM with Harley

What Is Circuits?
One of our signature classes, circuits uses the full space of our sports hall with all sorts of different exercises to give a full body workout.
We use a full range of equipment from kettlebell, barbells, plyometric boxes, battle ropes and much more.
This functional fitness class is perfect for all ability levels, work through the session at your own pace. Each round will include 60 seconds exercise followed by 30 seconds rest.
